Nexon Korea has made an announced that they will host Tree of Savior in the largest Korean gaming convention, G-Star. G-Star 2015 will be held in Busan, Korea on Nov 12 (Thu) to Nov 15 (Sun).
Nexon and imcGAMES are working on a Focused Group Interview (FGI) to further improve what have been tested in CBT2. Only a handful of players from South Korea will be chosen to participate the FGI. They are picked based on survey, in-game level, feedback and adventure journal results.
Nexon Developer’s Conference that will be held on May 19th to May 21st in Nexon HQ will feature Tree of Savior Art Director, Maggi’s artwork in the art exhibition. The art exhibition also features artwork from most of the games published by Nexon. Also, Nexon is also giving out 200 Nexon artbooks to the first 200 people who visited the art exhibition.
The schedule for Korean Closed Beta Testing (CBT) 2 has been announced in the Nexon Tree of Savior page. As anticipated, Korean CBT2 will accommodate 10,000 testers and the test will take place for five (5) days on April 21st to April 26th, 12PM to 12AM.
Nexon Q4 2014 investor’s presentation confirms that Tree of Savior will be published in the second half of 2015 or later. The game release pipeline also has other games such as Dirty Bomb, Aima, Maple Story 2 scheduled to release in 2015.
Nexon and imcGAMES revealed Tree of Savior first Closed Beta Testing operating policy through its official website. The clause “The testing progress cannot be broadcast through online streaming” was included in the rights and obligations of testers. Broadcasting CBT content real time using streaming platforms such as AfreecaTV, Daum Potplayer, TwitchTV and others is prohibited.
